Print, Laminate, Fax

Shortgrass staff can process large-scale print jobs for your library via our commercial-grade copier machine. Our copier can automatically fold and/or staple your documents as well in most cases. Cost for this service is 12 cents per page for colour and 8 cents per page for black and white. Shortgrass staff can laminate documents up to a maximum width of 25 inches for your library via our two commercial-grade laminating machines. We will laminate the first 10 pages of a single lamination job for free. Cost for lamination jobs above 10 pages in size is 50 cents per page. Please contact the Manager, Systems and Technical Services for more information or to submit a laminating request.

 Your library can send documents to a fax number with no need for a fax machine - you can simply send an email with the documents attached.  Details here.
