Welcome to the October eSkills challenge, featuring the Libby app! Complete this quiz with a 60% passing grade to be entered in the draw to win a $25 Chapters gift card. This challenge is open to all staff within the Shortgrass Library System.

Before we dive into the challenge, here are some key reminders about Libby:

Libby is available on the following platforms:

• iOS
• Android
• Note: Libby is not currently available on Windows mobile devices. Patrons with Windows phones are recommended to use the mobile-friendly website.

Like Overdrive, Libby is cloud-based.

• Borrow materials on any device and read them on your mobile device.
• Read across multiple devices and apps, and always pick up where you left off.
• Download your eBooks and eAudiobooks in order to enjoy them offline, whenever you want.

Libby offers more than just eBooks. You can also borrow:

• Digital audiobooks
• Digital magazines
• Digital comic books

Items borrowed from Libby are still library materials with similar rules to physical items! They can only be borrowed for three weeks, there are limits on how many items you can borrow, and there are limited numbers of copies- so if another patron has placed a hold on a title, it won't be renewable.
