Before we dive into the challenge, here are some key reminders about BiblioCommons:

• BiblioCommons is mobile-friendly and can be accessed from any device.
• Patrons can use BiblioCommons to search for specific materials, or to browse our collections. This includes materials in their own library, as well as materials belonging to libraries across the system.
• With their BiblioCommons account, patrons can place holds, renew materials, pay their overdue fees, view their borrowing history, and more.
